Professor Pyarelal
Professor Pyarelal is a 1981 Hindi film produced by T.M. Bihari, directed by Brij Sadanah, featuring Dharmendra, Zeenat Aman, Simi Garewal, Shreeram Lagoo, Amjad Khan and Nirupa Roy in the lead roles. Kalyanji-Anandji have composed the music, while Rajendra Krishan has written the lyrics for the film. Hrishikesh Mukherjee has done the editing for the film. Some of the scenes were filmed in the United Kingdom, notably in the West London area of Uxbridge and Hillingdon, Middlesex. The film became popular as it was seen to carry forward the legacy of the Manmohan Desai genre of films. Among the movie's songs, the title song became very popular at the time. Brijmohan Sadanah (6 October 1933 – 21 October 1990), often credited as Brij, was a veteran Indian film producer and director known for his work in Bollywood, Hindi cinema. Hillingdon
Hillingdon is an area of Uxbridge within the London Borough of Hillingdon, centred 14.2 miles (22.8 km) west of Charing Cross. It was an ancient parish in Middlesex that included the market town of Uxbridge. The Hindustan Ambassador is an automobile manufactured by Hindustan Motors of India from 1957 to 2014, with improvements and changes over its production lifetime. The Ambassador was based on the Morris Oxford series III model, first made by Morris Motors Limited at Cowley, Oxford in the United Kingdom from 1956 to 1959. The Ford Cortina is a medium-sized family car that was built initially by Ford of Britain, and then Ford of Europe in various guises from 1962 to 1982, and was the United Kingdom's best-selling car of the 1970s. Mohammed Rafi
Mohammed Rafi (24 December 1924 – 31 July 1980) was an Indian playback singer and musician. He is considered to have been one of the greatest and most influential singers of the Indian subcontinent. Manhar Udhas
Manhar Udhas is a Hindi and Gujarati language singer and Bollywood playback singer. Early life Manhar Udhas is the eldest son of Keshubhai Udhas and Jituben Udhas, and the elder brother of singers Pankaj Udhas and Nirmal Udhas. He completed his mechanical engineering training in Gujarat and moved to Mumbai in the late 1960s to look for a job. He was interested in music since childhood. His brother-in-law, who was making Gujarati film in Mumbai, introduced him to Music Director Kalyanji Anandji. Udhas used to hang around Kalyanji Anandji to help them in song recording.
