Baldwin Spencer (politician)
Winston Baldwin Spencer (born 8 October 1948) is an Antiguan politician who was the third Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda from 2004 to 2014. Spencer led the opposition United Progressive Party (UPP) to victory in the March 2004 parliamentary election. In addition to serving as Prime Minister, he became Minister of Foreign Affairs on 6 January 2005. Spencer's party was swept from power in the June 2014 general election. Rick James (10 October 1939 – 24 September 2018) was an Antiguan actor, politician, journalist and mas pioneer. Early life He began his education at Moravian School and continued on to Princess Margaret School. Involved with the 1st Antigua Scout Troop Anglican, James first left his home country to attend the 8th World Scout Jamboree in 1955 as a Queen's Scout. An amateur enthusiast, he entered the Carnival mas as a designer, presenting The Remnants of Rome at the first Summer Carnival in 1957. James went on to win Band of the Year in 1962 with Interplanetary Flag Wavers and again in 1963 with Atlantis Revellers, making him the first back to back winner of the prize. 1961 was an important year for James. Cejhae Colin Greene (born 6 October 1995) is an Antiguan sprinter. He attended the Princess Margaret School. Cejhae is the first of three children born to Jonah Greene and Colin Greene.
