Princess Iman Bint Al Abdullah
Princess Iman bint Abdullah ( ar, إيمان بنت عبدالله; born 27 September 1996) is a Jordanian princess and the first daughter and the second child of King Abdullah II and Queen Rania of Jordan. She is a 42nd-generation direct descendant of the Islamic prophet Muhammad. Early life and Title Born in Amman on 27 September 1996 at King Hussein Medical Center in Amman, she is the second child of Prince Abdullah and Princess Rania. She has two brothers and one sister. Princess Iman is a member of the Hashemite family. Her paternal grandfather was the then-reigning King Hussein and her grandmother is the English-born Princess Muna, who was his second wife. The Hashemites ( ar, الهاشميون, al-Hāshimīyūn), also House of Hashim, are the royal family of Jordan, which they have ruled since 1921, and were the royal family of the kingdoms of Hejaz (1916–1925), Syria (1920), and Iraq (1921–1958).
