Pouri Baneai
Pouri Banayi ( fa, پوری بنایی; born Seddigheh Banayi fa, صدیقه بنایی, links=no, 11 October 1940) is an Iranian actress. She acted in more than 85 feature films between 1965 and 1979. During her years of acting before the Iranian revolution, she worked with directors such as Mehdi Reisfirooz, Samuel Khachikian, Masoud Kimiai, Farrokh Ghaffari, and Fereidoun Goleh. Her most memorable performances are in Iranian new wave films such as Masoud Kimiai's '' Qeysar'' in 1969 and Fereydun Gole's ''The Mandrake''. She also acted in some foreign films such as '' Missile X: The Neutron Bomb Incident'' directed by Leslie H. Martinson in which she co-starred with Peter Graves. In another film directed by Fereydun Gole, named ''The Moon and a Murmur'' (1977), she co-starred with John Ireland and Mickey Rooney. Arak ( fa, اراک, ''Arâk''; ) is the capital of Markazi Province, Iran. At the 2011 census, its population was 526,182, in 160,761 families. The city is nicknamed the "Industrial Capital of Iran". As a major industrial city, Arak hosts several industrial factories inside and within a few kilometers outside the city, including the factory of Machine Sazi Arak and the Iranian Aluminium Company. Iraj Ghaderi
Iraj Ghaderi ( fa, ایرج قادری‎; 17 April 1934 – 6 May 2012) was an Iranian film director and actor. He briefly studied to become a pharmacist, but soon dropped out. He died in Tehran on 6 May 2012, aged 77. Life Iraj Ghaderi studied in pharmacology but did not finish the program. His artistic career began in 1956 with playing in the film ''Intersection Accidents'' by Samuel Khachikian. He established the film company ''Panorama'' with Moosa Afshar in 1963. He, who is often recognized as one of the major filmmakers of the pre-revolutionary Iranian cinema, continued filmmaking after the revolution with the film ''Taraj'' in 1985. Death In May 2012, Iraj Ghaderi was admitted to Mehrdad hospital with a deterioration in health due to lung cancer. Shortly after, he died on 6 May.
