Yueyang
Yueyang, formerly known as Yuezhou or Yochow, is a prefecture-level city on the eastern shores of Dongting Lake and Yangtze in the northeastern corner of Hunan Province in the People's Republic of China. Yang Baohua
Yang Baohua (; born September 1947) is a former Chinese politician from Hunan province. He served successively as the party chief of Yueyang, party chief of Changsha, and Vice-Chairman of Hunan People's Political Consultative Conference. Central Commission For Discipline Inspection
The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) is the highest internal control institution of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), tasked with enforcing internal rules and regulations and combating corruption and malfeasance in the party. Since the vast majority of officials at all levels of government are also Communist Party members, the commission is in practice the top anti-corruption body in China. The modern commission was established at the 3rd Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee in December 1978. Control systems had existed previously under the name "Central Control Commission" for a brief period in 1927 and again between 1955 and 1968, and under its present name from 1949 to 1955. Liu Hesheng (; born January 1962) is a former Chinese politician who served as mayor and party secretary of Yueyang from 2015 to 2019, and chairman of Yueyang People's Congress from 2018 to 2019. National Supervisory Commission of the People's Republic of China is the highest anti-corruption agency of the People's Republic of China, at the same administrative ranking as Supreme People's Court and Supreme People's Procuratorate.
