Piscanivirinae
''Piscanivirinae'' is a virus subfamily of the family ''Tobaniviridae'' within the order ''Nidovirales'' which comprises different fish viruses. The virions have a viral envelope and a Positive-sense single-stranded RNA virus, positive-sense single-stranded RNA genome which is linear and unsegmented. The subfamily is hitherto bigeneric with the two genera ''Bafinivirus'' and ''Oncotshavirus''. Both genera comprise rod shaped (bacilliform) viruses with relatively large genoms like they mostly occur in the nidoviruses. Occasionally, also strongly Pleomorphism (microbiology), pleomorphic (e.g. spheric) virions were observed. The name is a siglum typical for virus taxonomy which here supposedly refers to the host animals fishes (Latin language, Latin ''pisces''), the host species ''Blicca bjoerkna, Blicca bjoerkna'' of the virus species ''White bream virus'', and the overarching order of the nidoviruses. Taxonomy The subfamily contains the following genera, subgenera, and species: ...

Tobaniviridae
''Tobaniviridae'' is a family of enveloped, positive-strand RNA viruses in the order '' Nidovirales'' which infect vertebrates. Host organisms include mammals, fish, and snakes. The genome size of tobaniviruses ranges from 20 to 32 kilobases. The family is the only member of the suborder ''Tornidovirineae''. Taxonomy The family ''Tobaniviridae'' has four subfamilies and eight genera: *'' Piscanivirinae'' **'' Bafinivirus'' **'' Oncotshavirus'' *'' Remotovirinae'' **'' Bostovirus'' *'' Serpentovirinae'' **'' Infratovirus'' **'' Pregotovirus'' **'' Sectovirus'' **'' Tiruvirus'' *'' Torovirinae'' **''Torovirus ''Torovirus'' is a genus of enveloped, positive-strand RNA viruses in the order '' Nidovirales'' and family '' Tobaniviridae''. They primarily infect vertebrates, especially cattle, pigs, and horses. Diseases associated with this genus include ...'' Electron Micrograph
A micrograph or photomicrograph is a photograph or digital image taken through a microscope or similar device to show a magnified image of an object. This is opposed to a macrograph or photomacrograph, an image which is also taken on a microscope but is only slightly magnified, usually less than 10 times. Micrography is the practice or art of using microscopes to make photographs. A micrograph contains extensive details of microstructure. A wealth of information can be obtained from a simple micrograph like behavior of the material under different conditions, the phases found in the system, failure analysis, grain size estimation, elemental analysis and so on. Micrographs are widely used in all fields of microscopy. Types Photomicrograph A light micrograph or photomicrograph is a micrograph prepared using an optical microscope, a process referred to as ''photomicroscopy''. At a basic level, photomicroscopy may be performed simply by connecting a camera to a microscope, t ...

Latin Language
Latin (, or , ) is a classical language belonging to the Italic languages, Italic branch of the Indo-European languages. Latin was originally a dialect spoken in the lower Tiber area (then known as Latium) around present-day Rome, but through the power of the Roman Republic it became the dominant language in the Italy (geographical region), Italian region and subsequently throughout the Roman Empire. Even after the Fall of the Western Roman Empire, fall of Western Rome, Latin remained the common language of international communication, science, scholarship and academia in Europe until well into the 18th century, when other regional vernaculars (including its own descendants, the Romance languages) supplanted it in common academic and political usage, and it eventually became a dead language in the modern linguistic definition. Latin is a fusional language, highly inflected language, with three distinct grammatical gender, genders (masculine, feminine, and neuter), six or seven ...

Blicca Bjoerkna
''Blicca bjoerkna'', alternatively called the white bream or the silver bream, is a European species of freshwater fish in the family Cyprinidae. Distribution ''Blicca bjoerkna'' is distributed across most of Europe and in adjacent Western Asia. The natural distribution, though, excludes peripheral areas such as northern Sweden, northern Finland and Norway, and most parts of the British Isles (except Southern England), as well as the Iberian and Italian peninsulas. Introduced populations occur also in Spain and Italy, for instance. The Asian distribution is in the Caspian Sea and Aral Sea basins and in Anatolian Black Sea drainages. Description Small silver bream are very similar in overall appearance to the immature common, or bronze bream, ''Abramis brama'', but can be distinguished by their larger scales. Counting the scale rows from the front of the dorsal fin to the lateral line and including the lateral line scale, is the most reliable first step in determining the speci ...

Pleomorphism (microbiology)
In microbiology, pleomorphism (from Ancient Greek , ''pléō'', "more", and , ''morphḗ'', form), also pleiomorphism, is the ability of some microorganisms to alter their morphology, biological functions or reproductive modes in response to environmental conditions. Pleomorphism has been observed in some members of the Deinococcaceae family of bacteria. The modern definition of pleomorphism in the context of bacteriology is based on ''variation'' of morphology or functional methods of the individual cell, rather than a heritable ''change'' of these characters as previously believed. Bacteria In the first decades of the 20th century, the term "pleomorphism" was used to refer to the idea that bacteria change morphology, biological systems, or reproductive methods dramatically according to environmental cues. This claim was controversial among microbiologists of the time, and split them into two schools: the monomorphists, who opposed the claim, and the pleomorphists such as Antoine ...
