The Ping-Lin Tea Museum (), also spelled Pinglin Tea Museum, is a museum located in the hills of Pinglin District, New Taipei, Taiwan. It is one of the world's largest tea museums. Pinglin District (a.k.a. Ping-Lin, ) is a rural district of southeastern New Taipei, Taiwan. It is the third-largest district of New Taipei City and it is located in the mountainous area bordering Yilan County. Tea Research And Extension Station
The Tea Research and Extension Station (TRES; ) is the research and development center of Taiwan tea where scientists and tea masters conduct study, research and experiment to improve tea plantations, to develop new and better cultivars, to manufacture and educate the industry and consumers in Taiwan. Tenfu Tea Museum, in Zhangzhou, Fujian, China, was constructed in 2000, and finished in 2002. It is the world's largest tea museum with a total area of 13 acres.
