Piney Creek (Kings River)
Piney Creek is a stream in southern Carroll County of the U.S. state of Arkansas. It is a tributary to the Kings River. The stream headwaters arise near at an elevation of approximately 1660 feet. The source area is on the southwest flank of Usery Mountain just north of Arkansas Highway 68 about one half mile northeast of Gobbler. The stream flows northwest parallel to Arkansas Highway 103 past Rudd and Metalton. It passes under Arkansas Highway 21 at Metalton and continues to the northwest to enter the Kings River at the Carroll-Madison county line at and an elevation of 1132 feet. Arkansas

Kings River (Arkansas)
The Kings River is a tributary of the White River. It rises in the Boston Mountains of Arkansas and flows northward for more than 90 miles into Table Rock Lake in Missouri. The Arkansas portion of the river is undammed and bordered by rural and forested land, the river is popular for paddling and sport fishing. The route begins at the Oklahoma state line near Siloam Springs, and ends at the Missouri state line east of Paragould. Arkansas Highway 103
Highway 103 (AR 103, Ark. 103, and Hwy. 103) is a designation for two north–south state highways in Arkansas. One segment begins in Clarksville in the Arkansas River Valley and runs north to the Ozark National Forest. A second route runs through a sparsely populated segment of the Ozark Mountains between the Buffalo National River and Highway 21 near the Missouri state line.
