Pimp Juice (drink)
Pimp Juice is the brand name of the non-carbonated energy drink inspired by the Nelly song "Pimp Juice". Nelly also co-owns the drink. Produced by Fillmore Street Brewery, in St. Louis, Missouri USA, Pimp Juice is marketed as "Hip-Hop's #1 Energy Drink." Pimp Juice was one of the first celebrity driven energy drinks on the market, and an example of hip hop and pop stars using their appeal to younger audiences to market and sell non-music related products. The drink contains 100% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12 as well as 7mg of taurine. The drink is intended to taste like apples and berries, and is commonly used as mixer in alcoholic drinks such as vodka and rum. Cyanocobalamin is a form of vitamin used to treat vitamin deficiency except in the presence of cyanide toxicity.
