Piero Maza
Piero Daniel Maza Gómez (born 25 October 1984) is a Chilean football referee who officiates in the Chilean Primera División. He has been a FIFA referee since 2018. Refereeing career Maza began officiating in the Chilean Primera División during the 2014–15 season. He refereed his first match on 27 July 2014 between Cobresal and Palestino. In 2018, Maza was added to the FIFA International Referees List. He officiated his first CONMEBOL club match that year on 10 April, a Copa Sudamericana fixture between Ecuadorian club LDU Quito and Bolivian club Guabirá. The following month on 24 May, he officiated his first fixture in the Copa Libertadores, a match between Ecuadorian club Emelec and Colombian club Santa Fe. In 2021, Maza was also added as a video match official on the FIFA list. The 2018 Copa Sudamericana Finals was the two-legged final to decide the winner of the 2018 Copa Sudamericana, the 17th edition of the Copa Sudamericana, South America's secondary international club football tournament organized by CONMEBOL. The finals were contested in two-legged home-and-away format between Colombian team Junior and Brazilian team Atlético Paranaense. The 2019 FIFA U-17 World Cup was the 18th edition of the FIFA U-17 World Cup, the biennial international men's youth association football, football championship contested by the under-17 national teams of the member associations of FIFA. The 2019 South American U-20 Championship was the 29th edition of the South American U-20 Championship ( es, CONMEBOL Sudamericano Sub-20, pt, CONMEBOL Sul-Americano Sub-20), the biennial international youth football championship organised by CONMEBOL for the men's under-20 national teams of South America. The 2017 South American Under-15 Football Championship was the 8th edition of the South American Under-15 Football Championship, the biennial international youth football championship organised by the CONMEBOL for the men's under-15 national teams of South America. Everton de Viña del Mar is a Chilean football club based in the city of Viña del Mar.
