Photo Slideshow Software
Photo slideshow software is computer software used to display a range of digital photos, images and video clips in a predefined order. In most cases the output file is a standard video file or an executable file which contains all the sound and images for display. Typical features Slideshow applications usually offer the following functions: image editing (including photo enhancement, cropping, brightness & contrast settings, photo vintage effects), special animation effects (Ken Burns Effects, rotation, 3D flips), transitions, a collection of pre-designed images (clip art), background music soundtrack, opening and closing titles, voice-over recording, text captions, etc. Some programs have the ability to search and import images from Flickr or Google. Digital Photograph Restoration
Digital photograph restoration is the practice of restoring the appearance of a digital copy of a physical photograph which has been damaged by natural, man-made, or environmental causes or simply affected by age or neglect. Digital photograph restoration uses a variety of image editing techniques to remove visible damage and aging effects from digital copies of physical photographs. Raster graphics editors are typically used to repair the appearance of the digital images and add to the digital copy to replace torn or missing pieces of the physical photograph. Ken Burns Effect
The Ken Burns effect is a type of Panning (camera), panning and Zoom lens, zooming effect used in film and video production from still imagery. The name derives from extensive use of the technique by American documentarian Ken Burns. This technique had also been used to produce Storyboard#Animatics, animatics, simple animated mockups used to previsualization, previsualize motion pictures, but Burns's name has become associated with the effect in much the same way as Alfred Hitchcock is associated with the dolly zoom. The feature enables a widely used technique of embedding still photographs in motion pictures, displayed with slow zooming and panning effects, and fading transitions between frames. Non-linear editing is a form of offline editing for audio, video, and image editing. In offline editing, the original content is not modified in the course of editing. In non-linear editing, edits are specified and modified by specialized software.
