Phil Johnstone
Phil Johnstone (1 September 1957 – 31 May 2021) was an English songwriter, keyboardist, guitarist, and record producer, best known for his work with singer Robert Plant. His songwriting credits include Plant's number-one Mainstream Rock hits " Heaven Knows", " Tall Cool One" and "Hurting Kind (I've Got My Eyes on You)". Biography Johnstone first worked with Plant on the 1988 album ''Now and Zen'', which Johnstone co-produced. Johnstone co-wrote most of the songs on the album; he also wrote songs for Plant's follow-up albums ''Manic Nirvana'' (1990) and ''Fate of Nations'' (1993). Following his work with Plant, Johnstone wrote songs for singer Alannah Myles' 1995 album ''A-lan-nah''. Recorded and produced Freeborn John by Rev Hammer 1996 on Cooking Vinyl. Johnstone also co-wrote the whole of The Levellers' 2000 album '' Hello Pig''. ''The Blade'', also known as the ''Toledo Blade'', is a newspaper in Toledo, Ohio published daily online and printed Thursday and Sunday by Block Communications. The newspaper was first published on December 19, 1835. Overview The first issue of what was then the ''Toledo Blade'' was printed on December 19, 1835. It has been published daily since 1848 and is the oldest continuously run business in Toledo. David Ross Locke gained national fame for the paper during the Civil War era by writing under the pen name Petroleum V. Nasby. Under this name, he wrote satires ranging on topics from slavery, to the Civil War, to temperance. President Abraham Lincoln was fond of the Nasby satires and sometimes quoted them. Roy Harter (born March 6, 1973) is a New York Emmy award-winning, composer, sound designer and audio mixer, best known for his work in television and film. He is also a multi-instrumentalist for various performing and recording artists. Harter is the founder and owner of the post-production facility SkinnyMan, located in Times-Square, New York. Dan Donnelly (singer-songwriter)
Dan Donnelly is a Northern Irish singer-songwriter and, as of 2022, a member of the Levellers. Career Growing up in Belfast, Donnelly played in a number of local bands, finding success in Ireland with Watercress, a four-piece acoustic folk-rock band for whom he played guitar, mandolin, percussion and "plumbing" (a home-made didgeridoo). They released six EPs between 1995 and 1998, when they released their one album, ''Bummer'', all on their own local label, Creeping Herb. The Donnelly-penned ''Candlemaker'' reached the No.1 position on the Irish Indie Chart. Watercress played their final concert at the Empire Music Hall in Belfast on 23 December 2000 and disbanded in early 2001. After Watercress disbanded, Donnelly moved to New York to pursue a solo career.
