Phil Bygrave
Phillip George Bygrave (19 September 1929 – 24 October 2012) was a New Zealand field hockey player. He represented New Zealand in field hockey between 1954 and 1964, including at the 1956, 1960 It is also known as the "Year of Africa" because of major events—particularly the independence of seventeen African nations—that focused global attention on the continent and intensified feelings of Pan-Africanism. Te Aroha ( mi, Te Aroha-a-uta) is a rural town in the Waikato region of New Zealand with a population of 3,906 people in the 2013 census, an increase of 138 people since 2006.
