Petra Keppeler
Petra Feucht (born 22 March 1965), born Petra Keppeler, is a former professional tennis player from Germany. Biography Tennis career Born in Augsburg, Keppeler played professionally in the 1980s. Keppeler featured in a total of nine Federation Cup ties for West Germany, which included a semi-final win over Switzerland in 1983. As a qualifier she made the fourth round of the 1984 French Open, before her run was ended by third seed Hana Mandlíková, in a match which went to three sets. She was a semi-finalist at Bregenz in 1985. It was at Bregenz that she won her only WTA title, partnering with Austrian Petra Huber to win the doubles competition. At the age of 22 she retired from tennis to pursue other interests and now works as a tax consultant in Augsburg-Firnhaberau. Annette "Dolly" Gulley (born 27 February 1964) is an Australian tennis player who won the Swedish Open in 1984. Gulley was born in Sydney, and trained at the Australian Institute of Sport. Playing career Gulley was Australian CBA Champion in her age group from 1976 to 1979 and New South Wales Under-18 Champion in 1980. Monte Viso or Monviso (; oc, Vísol; Piedmontese: ''Brich Monviso'' or ''Viso'') is the highest mountain of the Cottian Alps. It is located in Italy close to the French border. Tine Scheuer-Larsen (born 13 March 1966) is a retired tennis player from Denmark. She became Danish Champion in singles in 1981 age 15 as the youngest Danish player ever. She also became the highest ranked Danish female player on 29 September 1986, when she became the number 34 of the world. Both records were broken by Caroline Wozniacki in 2004 and 2008 respectively. Sabrina Goleš (born 3 June 1965) is a former Croatian tennis player who competed for SFR Yugoslavia. Biography Sabrina Goleš was ranked no. 3 among juniors in the world in 1983 (in the juniors, she won the Italian Open and Rolex Port Washington, reached the semifinals at Roland Garros and the Orange Bowl, and the quarterfinals at the US Open). Catherine ("Cathy") Tanvier (born 28 May 1965) is a former tennis player from France. She peaked at number 20 in 1984, and won one singles and nine doubles titles on the WTA Tour. Career In 1982, Tanvier became Wimbledon girls' singles champion after defeating first-seeded Helena Suková in the final in straight sets. Tanvier won one singles title on the WTA Tour, at the 1983 Freiburg Open clay court tournament, defeating Laura Arraya in the final in straight sets. The Spanish Open is a defunct WTA Tour affiliated women's tennis tournament played from 1972 to 1995. It was held at the Real Club de Tenis Barcelona in Barcelona in Catalonia, Spain and played on outdoor clay courts. It was a Tier V event from 1988 to 1989, a Tier IV event in 1990, a Tier III event from 1991 to 1992 and a Tier II event from 1993 to 1995.
