Peter Woodring
Peter Woodring (born February 5, 1968) is a retired U.S. soccer forward. He spent most of his career in the lower U.S. and German divisions. However, he did spend one season in Major League Soccer with the New England Revolution. He also earned three caps with the U.S. national team in 1993. Collegiate career Peter Woodring played college soccer at Berkeley, better known as "Cal", from 1986 to 1990. In 1987 and 1990, he was selected to the All Far West teams, and was the team's MVP in 1987, 1989 and 1990. He holds Cal's season record for most assists with 12 and is the school's fourth highest scorer with 22 goals. He received his B.A. in International Business. In 1989, during the college soccer off-season, Woodring played a single season with the San Francisco Bay Blackhawks of the Western Soccer League (WSL). Kentfield, California
Kentfield (formerly Ross Landing, Tamalpais, and Kent) is a census-designated place (CDP) in Marin County, California, United States, just north of San Francisco. Kentfield is located southwest of downtown San Rafael, at an elevation of 115 feet (35 m). The population was 6,808 at the 2020 census. History In 1857, James Ross (1812–1862) bought Rancho Punta de Quentin. Ross, a Scot who had arrived in San Francisco from Australia in 1848 and made his fortune in the wholesale liquor business, set up a trading post called "Ross Landing". 1994–95 Danish Superliga
The 1994–95 Danish Superliga season was the 5th season of the Danish Superliga league championship, governed by the Danish Football Association. The tournament was held in two rounds. The first round was in autumn 1994, and the second in spring 1995. The teams that placed first to eighth in first round, played in second round. Their goal scores were reset to zero, and their mutual points were shorted to the half. The two teams placed ninth and tenth in first round, played in the Danish Qualification League 1995, qualification league in the spring. They had respectively 8 and 7 points with. American Professional Soccer League
The American Professional Soccer League (APSL) was a professional men's soccer league with teams from the United States and later Canada. It was formed in 1990 by the merger of the third American Soccer League with the Western Soccer League. It was the first outdoor soccer league to feature teams from throughout the United States since the demise of the North American Soccer League in 1984. The league was sanctioned as Division II in the United States soccer league system but was the country's ''de facto'' top professional soccer league until 1995. In 1993, the APSL applied for the vacant Division I role but lost out to Major League Soccer who would begin play in 1996.
