Peter Ramsey
Peter A. Ramsey (born December 23, 1962) is an American illustrator, storyboard artist, film director, screenwriter, and film producer. He is best known for directing DreamWorks Animation's ''Rise of the Guardians'' (2012), becoming the first African American to direct a major American animated film, and co-directing Sony Pictures Animation's ''Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse'' (2018). For ''Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse'', he became the first African American to be nominated for and win an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature. Early life Ramsey grew up in the Crenshaw District of South Los Angeles, and graduated in 1980 from Palisades Charter High School, Pali High. He studied painting at University of California, Los Angeles, UCLA for two years before enrolling in film classes at Los Angeles City College. San Diego Comic-Con International is a comic book convention and nonprofit multi-genre entertainment event held annually in San Diego, California since 1970. ''Poetic Justice'' is a 1993 American romantic drama film written and directed by John Singleton and starring Janet Jackson and Tupac Shakur with Regina King and Joe Torry in supporting roles. ''Poetic Justice'' follows Justice (Jackson), a poet mourning the loss of her boyfriend from gun violence, who goes on a road trip from South Central L.A. to Oakland on a mail truck along with her friend (King) and a postal worker (Shakur) who she initially cannot stand but soon helps Justice deal with her depression. Robert Johnson
Robert Leroy Johnson (May 8, 1911August 16, 1938) was an American blues musician and songwriter. His landmark recordings in 1936 and 1937 display a combination of singing, guitar skills, and songwriting talent that has influenced later generations of musicians. Although his recording career spanned only seven months, he is now recognized as a master of the blues, particularly the Delta blues style, and is also one of the most influential musicians of the 20th century. Aron J. Warner is an American film producer and voice actor who's best known for producing the ''Shrek'' films. He was known as the first person to win the Academy Awards Best Animated Feature Film.
