Peter Stuart Robert Marin (born 1978, Perth) is an Australian drummer and percussionist. Marin joined Dan Sultan's backing band in 2006 and is recorded on Sultan's albums, ''Get Out While You Can'' (November 2009), '' Blackbird'' (April 2014) and ''Killer'' (July 2017). Dan Webb
Dan Webb (born 13 August 1989), is an Australian musician, entrepreneur, music journalist and critic. Career Early in his music career, Webb garnered much attention for his energetic and partly improvised live shows. One of Webb's most notable stage antics at the time involved him playing his keyboard behind his back, in a style similar to Jimi Hendrix. He has collaborated with a number of artists over the years, including Greg Saunier, Kylie Auldist, Bobby Flynn, actress Ashleigh Cummings and the horn sections of The Cat Empire and The Black Seeds. In 2011 he played five shows in a UK tour, played two sets at St Kilda Festival and supported Conway Savage. He headlined a tour of New Zealand in 2012 and performed at Newtown Festival in Wellington. MGM Distribution was specifically set up as a distribution hub to service independent labels and artists. Helen Elizabeth Croome (born 1983), better known by her stage-name Gossling, is an Australian folk/pop singer-songwriter. Gossling formed after Croome put Psychology/Sociology studies on hold to concentrate on a Bachelor of Music (Composition) at Box Hill Institute. In 2009 Croome met the musicians now joining her as Gossling being Joshua Jones – bass, Peter Marin – drums and Ryan Meeking- guitar. ''The Sound of Drums'' is a double album by Australian electronic rock band Rogue Traders, including their debut compilation album ''The Greatest Hits'' and the fourth studio album ''Night of the Living Drums''. The album did not chart in Australia. The album's title is a reference to the Doctor Who episode of the same name, which featured " Voodoo Child" prominently. Background ''Night of the Living Drums'' was initially set for release on 25 June 2010, however due to certain unknown reasons and troubles with the record label Sony Music the album was not released that year. The album is the first release from the band with new lead singer Mindi Jackson who replaced Natalie Bassingthwaighte after the latter departed the band in 2009. The book has a similar title to the 1978 work by Noel McGrath, ''Australian Encyclopaedia of Rock and Pop'', but is not otherwise related. Publishers, Allen & Unwin described McFarlane's encyclopedia as containing over 870 entries and an "essential reference to the bands and artists who molded the shape of Australian popular music ..in an A-to-Z encyclopedia format complete with biographical and historical details. Each entry also includes listings of original band lineups and subsequent changes, record releases, career highlights, and cross-references with related bands and artists."
