Peter Bratt
Peter Bratt (born 29 April 1944) is a Swedish journalist. For many years he worked for the national Swedish newspaper '' Dagens Nyheter'' until he quit 2003. The IB affair Peter Bratt revealed Informationsbyrån together with Jan Guillou in the magazine Folket i Bild/Kulturfront. This was to be known as the IB affair. He also published his own book on IB from Gidlunds förlag (publishers) in 1973, ''IB och hotet mot vår säkerhet'' (IB and the threat against our security). The Geijer affair In November 1977 Peter Bratt published an article in Dagens Nyheter on a memo in which the Police Commissioner had stated that the Minister for Justice Lennart Geijer was a security risk. This led to the Geijer affair, a scandal involving prostitution. Harald Ofstad
__NOTOC__ Harald Frithjof Seiersted Ofstad (13 October 1920 – 5 October 1994) was a Norwegian moral philosopher. He was Professor in Applied Philosophy at Stockholm University for more than 30 years. Born in Bergen, the youngest son of a high-ranking police officer, Ofstad passed the examen artium in 1939 and completed a degree in law in 1945 before changing to philosophy, which he studied under Arne Næss; he was part of the "Bergen group" and one of the most prominent exponents of Næss' "empirical semantics" approach. Lars Gyllensten
Lars Johan Wictor Gyllensten (12 November 1921 – 25 May 2006) was a Swedish author and physician, and a member of the Swedish Academy. Gyllensten was born and grew up in a middle-class family in Stockholm, son of Carl Gyllensten and Ingrid Rangström, and nephew of Ture Rangström. He studied at the Karolinska Institute, becoming a doctor of medicine in 1953, and was an associate professor of histology there from 1955 to 1973. His first written work, published under the pseudonym Jan Wictor in 1946, was a collection of poetry by Gyllensten and Torgny Greitz entitled ''Camera Obscura'', a straight-faced parody of Swedish modernist 1940s poetry. Johan Lennart Geijer (14 September 1909 – 16 June 1999) was a Swedish politician and lawyer. He is mainly remembered for his role in the Geijer affair and for being the Minister for Justice who himself negotiated with the robbers and terrorists in the Norrmalmstorg robbery, the aircraft hijacking at Bulltofta and the bombing of the West German embassy. Early life Geijer was born on 14 September 1909 in Ystad, Sweden, the son of Åke Geijer, a postmaster, and his wife Anna Sylvan. He came from a bourgeois family in Ystad, but was radicalized in the early 1930s, when he studied law in Lund and lived with Waldemar Bülow, August Strindberg's old friend. Geijer passed ''studentexamen'' in Karlskrona in 1928.
