Pepa Koloamatangi
Osaiasi Pepa Veikune Koloamatangi (born 18 June 1982) is a Tongan former international rugby union player. A Chiefs development player, Koloamatangi competed in New Zealand's National Provincial Championship with Counties Manukau and Thames Valley. He also played in Australia with the Waratahs club in Newcastle rugby. Koloamatangi represented Tonga at the 2011 Churchill Cup in England, where he made his Test debut as an openside flanker in their win over the United States, then scored a try in an uncapped match against the England Saxons. He gained a further two caps for Tonga during the 2012 IRB Pacific Nations Cup. 2012 IRB Pacific Nations Cup
The 2012 Pacific Nations Cup rugby union tournament was held between the four national sides on the Pacific Rim: Fiji, Japan, Samoa and Tonga. Japan were the reigning champion after they defeated Fiji in the 2011 competition at Churchill Park, Lautoka. The tournament ran from 5 to 23 June 2012 with most of the matches hosted by Japan. Only the match between Tonga and Fiji was played at Churchill Park in Fiji. The tournament was a round-robin where each team plays all of the other teams once. There were four points for a win, two for a draw and none for a defeat. There were also bonus points offered with one bonus point for scoring four or more tries in a match and one bonus point for losing by 7 points or less. Samoa emerged as champions. Chiefs (rugby Union)
The Chiefs (formerly known as the Waikato Chiefs and officially called the Gallagher Chiefs for sponsorship reasons) are a New Zealand professional rugby union team based in Hamilton, Waikato. The team competes in the Super Rugby competition, previously known as the Super 12 and Super 14, and are one of the competition's five New Zealand teams. Their primary home ground is Waikato Stadium. Until 2004, the Chiefs were the only New Zealand side never to have qualified for the Super 12 semi-finals. In that year the Chiefs earned their first semi-final berth, and in the end achieved fourth place (defeated 37–20 in the semi-final by the ACT Brumbies).
