Pekka Malinen
Pekka Kullervo Malinen (11 June 1921 Viipuri – 21 September 2004) was Ambassador and Minister and Diplomat. He served as the party secretary of the Finnish People's Party in the 1950s. Male's parents were the farmer Esko Malinen and his wife Hilda Junttu. During the World War II, Second World War, Malinen served in the Finnish Volunteer Battalion of the Waffen-SS, Waffen-SS volunteer battalion recruited by Nazi Germany as an SS-Unterscharführer He graduated in Political Science in 1948. Malinen served as Agent for Oulu Chamber of Commerce in 1949-1950, Oulu Newspaper ''Kaleva (newspaper), Kaleva'' 2nd Editor in 1950-1952 and Party Secretary for Finnish People's Party 1952-1960. Development aid is a type of aid, foreign/international/overseas aid given by governments and other agencies to support the economic, environmental, social, and political International development, development of developing countries.
