Pekka Hautamaki
Pekka Heikki Hautamaki (born 9 June 1955) is a former motorcycle speedway rider from Finland. Career Hautamaki made his British leagues debut in 1978, when he joined Cradley Heath for the 1978 British League season. The following season he moved to ride for the Belle Vue Aces. Also in 1979, he represented the Finland national speedway team during the 1977 Speedway World Team Cup. He established himself as a regular member of Finnish national squad and went on to compete in the next five Speedway World Cups, in 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983 and 1984. He also won the silver medal at the Finnish Individual Speedway Championship The Finnish Individual Speedway Championship is a Motorcycle speedway championship held each year to determine the Finnish national champion. Seinäjoki
Seinäjoki (; "Wall River"; la, Wegelia, formerly sv, Östermyra) is a city located in South Ostrobothnia, Finland; east of Vaasa, north of Tampere, west of Jyväskylä and southwest of Oulu. Seinäjoki originated around the Östermyra bruk iron and gunpowder factories founded in 1798. Seinäjoki became a municipality in 1868, market town in 1931 and town in 1960. In 2005, the municipality of Peräseinäjoki was merged into Seinäjoki, and in the beginning of 2009, the neighbouring municipalities of Nurmo and Ylistaro were consolidated with Seinäjoki. Cradley Heathens
Cradley Heathens was a motorcycle speedway team from Dudley, England. The team was founded in 1947 and competed at the top level of British speedway until its closure in 1995. It was revived as Dudley Heathens in 2010, competing in the National League, reverting to the Cradley Heathens name in 2013. It ceased operating after the 2019 season. History Cradley Heath speedway team was formed in 1947 and first raced at Dudley Wood Stadium on 21 June 1947 after a number of away appearances prior to the opening of the newly built stadium. They raced in the 1947 Speedway National League Division Three and took the name Cradley Heath Cubs for the first two seasons.
