Pedro Miguel Pinotes (born 30 September 1989) is an Angolan swimmer who competes in the Men's 400m individual medley. At the 2012 Summer Olympics he finished 30th overall in the heats in the Men's 400 metre individual medley and failed to reach the semi-final. Luanda

The African Games, formally known as the All-Africa Games or the Pan African Games, are a continental multi-sport event held every four years, organized by the African Union (AU) with the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA) and the Association of African Sports Confederations (AASC). All of the competing nations are from the African continent. The first Games were held in 1965 in Brazzaville, Congo.
