Peachtree City MOBA is an American soccer team based in Peachtree City, Georgia. Founded as a soccer academy in 2013, the team plays in USL League Two, the fourth tier of the United States soccer league system. History The MOBA Soccer Academy, owned by Volker Harms, was awarded a franchise in the Premier Development League on 15 January 2016. The team’s academy complex features an indoor training facility, with locker rooms, classrooms, meeting rooms, and a weight-training room. The complex also has two FIFA regulation fields, with seating for up to 1,000 fans. On 20 January 2016, it was announced that former Atlanta Silverbacks player Jordan Davis would be named head coach of Peachtree City MOBA. The team's inaugural match took place on 14 May 2016, a 2–1 loss to Mississippi Brilla. The first ever goal in club history was scored by Alex Rotoloni. USL League Two
USL League Two (USL2), formerly the Premier Development League (PDL), is a semi-professional developmental soccer league sponsored by United Soccer Leagues in the United States and Canada, forming part of the United States soccer league system. The league features 113 teams for 2022, split into sixteen regional divisions across four conferences. USL League Two is headquartered in Tampa, Florida. Ventura County Fusion are the current champions, having defeated Long Island Rough Riders 2–1 in the 2022 USL League Two Championship game on August 6, 2022. Competition format USL League Two is divided into 4 conferences (Eastern, Central, Southern, and Western), comprising 16 divisions. Nicholas Addlery
Nicholas Addlery (born 7 December 1981 in Kingston) is a former Jamaican football player who is a former assistant for PDL club Peachtree City MOBA. Playing career Youth and College Addlery attended high school at Jamaica College, and played in the Manning Cup. He played for Cooreville Gardens (U13, U16, U20) in the Syd Bartlett League, Real Mona-U20 in the Major League, and Alvernia Prep. While earning his bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Division II California University of Pennsylvania from 1999 to 2002, Addlery was a two-time NSCAA/Umbro All-Region selection (2000 and 2002). He was a four-time first-team PSAC all-star and PSAC Rookie of the Year in 1999. In 75 career games, he scored 54 goals and recorded 20 assists for the Vulcans.
