Paz Echeverría
Paz Echeverría (born 7 May 1985) is a Chilean professional golfer. She is only the second golfer from Chile to have a tour card on the LPGA Tour after Nicole Perrot. For the 2016 season, she is playing on the second-tier Symetra Tour since she only earned conditional status on the LPGA Tour and hopes to earn enough world ranking points to qualify for the 2016 Olympics. Santiago (, ; ), also known as Santiago de Chile, is the capital and largest city of Chile as well as one of the largest cities in the Americas. 2004 Espirito Santo Trophy
The 2004 Espirito Santo Trophy took place 20–23 October at Rio Mar Country Club, on its River Course and Ocean Course, in Río Grande, Puerto Rico. It was the 21st women's golf World Amateur Team Championship for the Espirito Santo Trophy. The tournament was a 72-hole stroke play team event. There were 48 team entries, each with two or three players. Each team played two rounds at the River Course and two rounds at the Ocean Course in different orders, but all the leading teams played the fourth round at the Ocean Course. The best two scores for each round counted towards the team total. Team Sweden won the Trophy for their first title. The silver medal was shared between team Canada and team United States, who finished tied second, three strokes back. Espirito Santo Trophy
The Espirito Santo Trophy (World Women's Amateur Team Championships) is a biennial world amateur team golf championship for women organised by the International Golf Federation. The inaugural event was held in 1964. It was instituted by the French Golf Federation in an agreement with the United States Golf Association. It was planned by Lally Segard, at the time known as Vicomtesse de Saint Sauveur, from France and Mrs. Henri Prunaret from America. Segard also asked her friends Ricardo and Silvia Espirito Santo, from Portugal, to donate a trophy for the event, which they did. They had originally bought the golden cup, which had belonged to Tsar Nicholas II of Russia, for an international Portuguese event that was not played anymore.
