Pavilhão Multiusos De Luanda
The Helmarc Arena, also called Arena do Quilamba (Quilamba Arena), is a state-owned multi-purpose indoor arena used mostly for basketball in Belas, Angola. The arena has a seating capacity of 12,720, and features hardwood flooring, electronic scoreboard and a wide range of features that make it one of the most modern of its kind in Africa. It is therefore fit for such sports as basketball, handball, volleyball and roller hockey. Belas, Luanda
Belas is an city and one of the nine municipalities that make up the province of Luanda, as per the new administrative division of the province (the others being, Luanda, Cazenga, Cacuaco, Viana, Icolo e Bengo and Quiçama). Volleyball

2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup Qualification
The 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup qualification was the first FIBA Basketball World Cup, World Cup for which teams had to qualify for under the new qualification system. The process determined 31 out of the 32 teams that participated at the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup. Qualified teams Format The continental championships no longer belong to the qualification system for the World Cup. Quilamba
Quilamba (or Kilamba) is an Angolan neighborhood that serves as the administrative center of Belas Municipality and a large housing development site 30 km (18 miles) from Luanda, the capital city of Angola.
