Paulo Alexandre Baptista Teixeira de Morais (born 22 December 1963, in Viana do Castelo) is a Portugal, Portuguese professor and politician. He is the vice-president of the national chapter of the NGO Transparency International. Former deputy mayor of Porto and a public voice against corruption in Portuguese politics, he ran to the Portuguese presidential election, 2016, presidential elections of 2016. Viana do Castelo () is a municipality and seat of the district of Viana do Castelo in the Norte Region of Portugal. The population in 2011 was 88,725, in an area of 319.02 km².
