Paul Wojno
Paul J. Wojno (born March 30, 1956) is a Democratic member of the Michigan Senate, representing the 9th district since 2019. Early life Wojno was born to parents Florence and Henry Wojno on March 30, 1956 in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan. Later, Wojno moved to Center Line, Macomb County, Michigan. Personal life Wojno's wife is Lisa Wojno, who is a former state representative. They have three children, Kennedy, Bradley, and Audrey. Wojno is a member of the Knights of Columbus and the American Cancer Society. Wojno is Roman Catholic. Political career Wojno served as a member of the Michigan House of Representatives for the 28th district from 1997 to 2002. He was succeeded by his wife, Lisa. Michigan's 9th Senate district is one of 38 districts in the Michigan Senate. It has been represented by Democratic Party (United States), Democrat Paul Wojno since 2019, succeeding fellow Democrat Steve Bieda. The American Cancer Society (ACS) is a nationwide voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer. Michigan House Of Representatives
The Michigan House of Representatives is the lower house of the Michigan Legislature. There are 110 members, each of whom is elected from constituencies having approximately 77,000 to 91,000 residents, based on population figures from the 2010 U.S. Census. Its composition, powers and duties are established in Article IV of the Michigan Constitution. Members are elected in even-numbered years and take office at 12 p.m. (EST) on January 1 following the November general election.
