Zee Kannada
Zee Kannada is an Indian Kannada pay television GEC that was launched in the year 2006 and owned by Zee Entertainment Enterprises. It is also being as the first mainstream satellite channel in Kannada. History Zee Kannada was launched in 2006 as ZEE's second South Indian language channel after its Telugu venture, which launched in May 2005. On 2014, Zee Kannada light blue logo has given way to brighter red and blue. On 2018, a new brand identity and launched the HD Channel with HD visuals and Dolby Digital Plus sound quality. Plot The show is based on a tale of an '' ichchhadhari'' ''naagin'' (a female snake who can change form at will) named Amrita. She transforms herself into a woman to take revenge from the Singh family, which had killed her parents (king and queen of the ''Naag'' or snake community) to get the valuable ''Naagmani'' (snake gem). While dying, the queen ''naaginn'' instructs Amrita to take revenge from the killers and get back the ''naagmani'' in their community so that she can give back life to her parents. ''Naagini'' ( female serpent) is a 2016 Indian Kannada-language supernatural fantasy television series that airs on Zee Kannada and on ZEE5 before TV telecast. The series, a remake of the Hindi serial ''Naaginn'', is directed by Hayavadana. The series premiered on 8 February 2016. Due to its success, a sequel ''Naagini 2'', was released on 17 February 2020.
