Patricia Sanz Barrio
Patricia Sanz Barrio (born 9 September 1990) is a professional golfer from Spain. She has played on the Ladies European Tour (LET) and the U.S-based Symetra Tour. Early life and amateur career Sanz was born in Madrid to Carmelo Sanz and Marina Barrio, who introduced her to golf at age 7. Her younger sister, Marta Sanz Barrio, is also an LET player and played golf at Auburn University from 2010 to 2014. As a junior golfer, she was the 2009 Spanish National Champion at the Spanish Amateur Women's Doubles, playing alongside her sister, Marta. She was runner-up at the 2010 Madrid Championship, defeated by Marta on the final hole. Sanz was a member of the Spanish National Team that won the 2013 European Ladies' Team Championship, alongside Noemí Jiménez, Camilla Hedberg, Luna Sobrón, Natalia Escuriola and her sister Marta. The Aramco Saudi Ladies International is a professional golf tournament on the Ladies European Tour (LET), first played in 2020. The tournament is played in Saudi Arabia at Royal Greens Golf & Country Club in King Abdullah Economic City by the Red Sea. It was the penultimate regular LET event of the 2020 season and marked the first time professional lady golfers played competitively in the country. It was followed the week after by the Saudi Ladies Team International, a team event that would later evolve into the Aramco Team Series. Mireia Prat Caballería (born 14 October 1989) is a Spanish professional golfer and Ladies European Tour player. She won the 2013 LETAS Order of Merit. Amateur career Prat hails from Torelló in the Province of Barcelona, and started playing golf at the age of nine. She enjoyed an amateur career where she representing Spain at the international level. She was part of the Spanish team that finished fifth at the 2007 European Girls' Team Championship. The 2013 LET Access Series was a series of professional women's golf tournaments held from March through November 2013 across Europe. The LET Access Series is the second-tier women's professional golf tour in Europe and is the official developmental tour of the Ladies European Tour.
