Pat McCallum
Patrick McCallum (born September 6, 1969 in Edmonton, Alberta) is a Canadians, Canadian Curling, curler. Record He was Alberta's Junior Runner-Up in 1988, losing out to Mike Sali, of Calgary. In 1989, he was NACA (Northern Alberta Curling Association) Bonspiel champion, with skip Randy Ferbey, third Don Walchuk, and lead, Greg Muzechka. McCallum played second. In 1990 he was NACA Northern A Winner with skip Randy Ferbey, giving him an appearance at the Alberta Provincial Men's Curling championship. In 1992 he played with Arnold Asham and won the Kenora, Ontario "Lake of the Woods" Cashspiel on the WCT. His teammates were: third, Don Harvey, himself at second, and lead Sean Nedohin. In 1994 he was Kelowna, British Columbia bonspiel, Spiel Runner-Up and Kamloops Crown of Curling Champion with skip Al Hackner, third Randy Ferbey, and lead Richie Yurko. McCallum played second. Dave Nedohin
David Nedohin (born December 20, 1973) is a Canadian curler. Nedohin was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and now plays out of Sherwood Park, Alberta. He is best known as the longtime fourth for Randy Ferbey. Curling career Nedohin joined the Randy Ferbey rink in 1997 and was a part of that team's four Brier championships and three world championships. Nedohin is renowned for his shotmaking ability - especially for making difficult combination takeout shots. Nedohin had a shooting percentage of 96% in the final of the 2003 Nokia Brier, and 95% shooting percentage in the final of the 2005 Men's Ford World Curling Championships. The team, famously named The Ferbey Four, popularized the "fourth" shooting position. Because of Nedohin's shotmaking ability, he threw the last two stones in each end, or the ''skip rocks''. Kerry Park (curler)
Kerry Park is a small public park and viewpoint on the south slope of Queen Anne Hill in Seattle, Washington, United States. It overlooks Downtown Seattle and is located along West Highland Drive between 2nd Avenue West and 3rd Avenue West. The park's view is considered to offer the most iconic views of the city skyline, with the Space Needle prominent at the center, Elliott Bay to the west, and Mount Rainier in the background. World Curling Tour
The World Curling Tour (WCT) is a group of curling bonspiels featuring the best male, female, and mixed doubles curlers in the world. History The World Curling Tour was founded by former World Champion Ed Lukowich, with later assistance from John Kawaja. The World Curling Tour commenced in 1992, with men's events only at first. It replaced the "Canadian Curling Tour" held the previous season. The first season consisted of 48 events (with only one outside Canada), and was sponsored by Seagram's distillery. Teams earned points in every event with the top 30 qualifying for the season ending " V.O. Cup", today known as the Players' Championship. Its first president and CEO was Lukowich. Les Rogers (curler)
Les Rogers is a Canadian curler from Edmonton, Alberta. He is a former Canadian and World Senior champion. Career Rogers began his curling career in Saskatchewan. He won the provincial championship in that province in 1977 with teammates Greg Manwaring, Moe Tait and Vic Rogers. The team represented Saskatchewan at the 1977 Macdonald Brier where they finished 5–6. Rogers would find more success as a Seniors curler. He is a two-time provincial senior champion. His team of Marv Wirth, Ken McLean and Millard Evans won both the 2005 and 2006 provincial seniors titles. In 2005, they won the Canadian Senior Curling Championships. They had gone 9-2 after the round robin, in a three-way tie for first. However they went on to win the semi-final against Northern Ontario's Al Harnden and the final against Saskatchewan's Eugene Hritzuk. Jasper is a specialized municipality and townsite in western Alberta within the Canadian Rockies. The townsite is in the Athabasca River valley and is the commercial centre of Jasper National Park. Kerry Burtnyk
Kerry Burtnyk (born November 24, 1958) is a Canadian curler from Winnipeg, Manitoba. He grew up in Reston, Manitoba. He is a two time Canadian champion skip, and the 1995 World Champion skip. He is currently the coach of the Darcy Robertson rink. Career Burtnyk's first Brier in 1981 would be a success for him. His Manitoba team of Mark Olson, Jim Spencer and Ron Kammerlock defeated Northern Ontario, skipped by Al Hackner in the final. Burtnyk became the youngest skip to win the Brier in history, as he was 22 years and 4 months old at the time. At that year's World Championship, Burtnyk would have to settle for the bronze medal. Burtnyk returned to the Brier in 1988, but he missed the playoffs despite a 7–4 record. He returned to the Brier once again in 1995 where he would win his second Brier with teammates Jeff Ryan, Rob Meakin and Keith Fenton.
