Pat Maher
Patrick "Fox" Maher (13 September 1872 – 8 December 1933) was an Irish people, Irish hurling, hurler who played as a goalkeeper for the Kilkenny GAA, Kilkenny senior team. Born in Tullaroan, County Kilkenny, Maher first played competitive hurling in his youth. He made his senior debut during the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship 1893, 1893 championship and became a regular player over the next decade. During that time Maher won one All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship, All-Ireland medal and eight Leinster Senior Hurling Championship, Leinster medals. He was an All-Ireland runner-up on four occasions. At club level Maher was a six-time Kilkenny Senior Hurling Championship, championship medallist with Tullaroan GAA, Tullaroan and Johnstown GAA, Johnstown. Tullaroan is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in the village of Tullaroan in County Kilkenny, Ireland. The club was founded in 1884 and is primarily concerned with the game of hurling. Mikey Maher
Michael "Mikey" Maher (15 July 1869 – 18 May 1947) was an Irish hurler who played as a centre-forward for the Tipperary senior team. Born in Tubberadora, County Tipperary, Maher first arrived on the inter-county scene at the age of twenty-five when he made his senior debut in the 1895 championship. Maher went on to play a key part for Tipperary in what was a hugely successful era, and won five All-Ireland medals and five Munster medals. Maher was the first player to captain a team to All-Ireland success on three occasions. At club level Maher won three championship medals with Tubberadora. Paddy Riordan
Patrick J. Riordan (31 August 1871 - March 1941) was an Irish hurler who played as a forward for the Tipperary senior team. Born in Drombane, County Tipperary, Riordan first arrived on the inter-county scene at the age of twenty-three when he first linked up with the Tipperary senior team. He made his debut during the 1894 championship. Riordan went on to play a key part for Tipperary, and won two All-Ireland medals and two Munster medals. Croke Park ( ga, Páirc an Chrócaigh, ) is a Gaelic games stadium in Dublin, Ireland. Named after Archbishop Thomas Croke, it is referred to as Croker by GAA fans and locals. It serves as both the principal national stadium of Ireland and headquarters of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA).
