Pat Carroll (born November 11, 1985, in Springfield, Virginia) is an American soccer player who last played for Real Maryland Monarchs in the USL Second Division. Career College Carroll played college soccer at West Virginia University from 2004 to 2007. Professional Carroll was signed to a developmental contract by D.C. United on March 1, 2008, and made his full professional debut for July 1, 2008, as a second half substitute in a US Open Cup third round game against Rochester Rhinos. MLS Reserve Division
The MLS Reserve League was a soccer league for the reserve teams of Major League Soccer with teams in both the United States and Canada. It was inaugurated on April 9, 2005, with the first official reserve game being a 2–0 victory by Chivas USA over the host San Jose Earthquakes. The reserve division disbanded after the 2008 season but returned in 2011 with 18 clubs split into East, Central, and West divisions. Each club played ten games consisting of home-and-away matches versus each of its five divisional opponents. Brian Carroll (born July 20, 1981) is an American retired soccer player who last played for Philadelphia Union in Major League Soccer. He is currently the only player in MLS history to have won 4 consecutive Supporter Shields. Jeff Carroll (born January 8, 1984 in Alexandria, Virginia) was an American soccer player who last played for Real Maryland Monarchs in the USL Second Division in 2009. In 2014, Jeff joined the DC United Academy as a coach of the U14 team. Career College Carroll attended West Springfield High School, and played college soccer for St. John's University, New York from 2002 to 2005, earning All-Big East Third Team honors during his junior and All-New York Region Third Team and All-Big East Second Team honors as a senior while leading his team to the NCAA Tournament.
