The Party of Culture, Education and Labour ( es, Partido de la Cultura, la Educación y el Trabajo; CET), also sometimes simply known as the CET Party ( es, Partido CET) is a minor peronist and labourist political party in Argentina founded in 2013 by teamsters' union leader and former Secretary General of the CGT, Hugo Moyano. The party is closely allied with the Justicialist Party, and presently forms part of the Frente de Todos, the ruling coalition supporting President Alberto Fernández. It presently counts with minimal representation at the federal level, with Hugo Moyano's son, Facundo Moyano, serving in the Argentine Chamber of Deputies since 2011 (and having been a member of CET since its foundation in 2013). Hugo Moyano
Hugo Moyano (born January 9, 1944) is an Argentine labour leader who was Secretary General of the CGT, the nation's largest trade union, from 2004 to 2012. A schism developed within the CGT during 2012, and Moyano was elected to head the CGT's dissident faction. He also served as the president of Club Atlético Independiente, one of the biggest football clubs in the country, and as treasurer of the Argentine Football Association. He is the founder and leader of the Party of Culture, Education and Labour (CET). Life and times Early life and career Moyano was born in La Plata, in 1944. His family settled in seaside Mar del Plata early in his childhood, and he entered the labour force in his teens as an employee of ''Expresos y Mudanzas'', a local moving company. He was elected shop steward in 1962, and soon became a leader in the Mar del Plata local of the Teamsters' Union, a member of the CGT labour federation. Moyano was elected head of the local in 1972.

Juan Facundo Moyano (born 25 December 1984) is an Argentine trade unionist and politician. A member of the Party of Culture, Education and Labour (CET), Moyano was a National Deputy for Buenos Aires Province from 2011 to 2021. From 2009 to 2017, Moyano was Secretary General of the Sindicato Único de Trabajadores de los Peajes y Afines (SUTPA, the toll booth workers' union). Trade unions in Argentina have traditionally played a strong role in the politics of the nation. The largest trade union association, the Confederación General del Trabajo has been a force since the 1930s, and approximately 40% of workers in the formal economy are unionized. The FORA The Argentine Regional Workers' Federation (FORA) was created in 1901. It split in 1915 between the FORA IX (of the Ninth Congress) and the FORA V (of the 5th Congress), the latter supporting an anarcho-syndicalist stance. ( en, Together for Change) is a centre-right political coalition in Argentina. It was created in 2015 as Cambiemos ( en, Let's Change), and renamed in 2019. It is composed of Republican Proposal, Radical Civic Union, Civic Coalition ARI and United Republicans.
