Pari Pantazopoulos
Paraskevas "Pari" Pantazopoulos ( el, Παρασκευάς Πανταζόπουλος; born 17 September 1988 in Athens) is a Greek-born American soccer player who currently plays for Panathinaikos Chicago in the National Premier Soccer League. Career Youth and high school Pantazopoulos was born in Athens and began playing football at the age of four. He played for the Athens youth team Vrilisia F.C. for four years before his family moved to the United States in 1998. In Chicago, he played with the US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program where he was recognized by the Chicago Magic, one of America's top boys' sides. Pantazopoulos played in the Chicago Magic's starting XI and reached the US Youth Soccer National Championships final in Florida where they lost 1-0 to California's Arsenal F.C. The Gamma Ethniki ( el, Γ΄ Εθνική Ερασιτεχνική Κατηγορία, C National Amateur Division) is the third highest football league in Greece. USL Premier Development League
USL League Two (USL2), formerly the Premier Development League (PDL), is a semi-professional developmental soccer league sponsored by United Soccer Leagues in the United States and Canada, forming part of the United States soccer league system. The league features 113 teams for 2022, split into sixteen regional divisions across four conferences. USL League Two is headquartered in Tampa, Florida. Ventura County Fusion are the current champions, having defeated Long Island Rough Riders 2–1 in the 2022 USL League Two Championship game on August 6, 2022. North American Soccer League (2011–2017)
The North American Soccer League (NASL) was a professional men's soccer league based in the United States. The league was named for, but had no connection to, the original North American Soccer League. The later NASL was founded in 2009, and began play in 2011 with eight teams. From 2013 through 2017, the NASL used a split-season schedule running from April to early November, with a four-week break in July. The spring and fall champions, along with the two teams with best combined spring/fall records met in a four-team single-elimination tournament known as ''The Championship''. Indy Eleven is an American professional soccer team based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
