The Pankrác Plain or Pankrác Terrace () is a geomorphological and urban area in Prague associated with the Pankrác district. The name refers to the church of St. Pancras in the area. It stands about 1.5 km from the World Heritage Site "Historic Centre of Prague", the southern horizon of the Prague panorama. Nusle Bridge
Nusle Bridge ( cs, Nuselský most) is a prestressed concrete viaduct in Prague, Czech Republic. It connects Prague 2 and Prague 4, across a valley which forms part of the Nusle district. The bridge is one of the longest in the country and carries two footpaths, a multi-lane road and part of the city's rapid transit network. The bridge links the city center to its south-eastern districts such as Pankrác, and joins the D1 motorway leading to Brno. It is crucial to Prague's transportation network, since almost all north-south traffic flows across it. Below the six-lane highway on the surface, lies part of Prague Metro Line C between I.P. Pavlova and Vyšehrad stations. V Tower is a high-rise building in Prague, Czech Republic. It is the tallest residential building in the Czech Republic with 104 meters in height and 30 floors. Construction started in 2016 and ended in 2018. It was designed by Czech architect Radan Hubička and the main investor was Aceur Investment. City Tower (Prague)
City Tower is the tallest skyscraper in Prague ( Pankrác district) and in Bohemia, and the second tallest one in the Czech Republic standing on the Pankrác Plain with a height of 109 meters. History Construction commenced in 1985 and the building was designated as the headquarters of Československý rozhlas (now Český rozhlas; a Czech public radio broadcaster). In 1993, the building was nearly completed, but appeared to be oversized for Český rozhlas (which split from Československý rozhlas after the Dissolution of Czechoslovakia), technically obsolete and full of dangerous asbestos. In later years Český rozhlas tried to sell the uncompleted building. In 1996, an agreement was signed with the company NIKO to sell the building for 1 billion CZK, but subsequently failed to pay the agreed amount.
