Pangsuma Airport
Pangsuma Airport is an airport in Putussibau, West Kalimantan, Indonesia. The distance between the Airport and Putussibau is 3.7 km via Jl. Lintas Kalimantan Poros Utara. Putussibau is the capital of Kapuas Hulu within approximately 400 km from Pontianak. The town is the gateway to the two major eco-tourism destinations in the heart of Borneo, Danau Sentarum National Park and Betung Kerihun National Park. The airport is managed and controlled by UPT Ditjen Hubud, an agency under Ministry of Transportation, Indonesia. Throughout 2016, it served 73,662 passengers. Putussibau
Putussibau is an Indonesian town in Kapuas Hulu Regency, West Kalimantan. It sits on the river Kapuas River, Kapuas, with the main part of the town located on the right banks, or north, of the river. Officially an administrative village (''Kelurahan Putussibau Kota'') within North Putussibau District, the urban settlement sprawls outside of the primary boundaries to the opposite bank of the river. Official estimates from Statistics Indonesia places the population of the town proper at 12,459 in 2015. Formerly a remote village prior to its selection as a colonial outpost in 1895, the town grew into its present population acting as a market town far upstream on the Kapuas River. Today, it is the seat and economic center of the regency. Tebelian Airport
Tebelian Airport ( id, Bandar Udara Tebelian) is an airport located in the Sungai Tebelian district of the Sintang Regency of West Kalimantan, Indonesia. The airport was inaugurated on April 26, 2018. The airport replaced the functions Susilo Airport. The airport is located 14 kilometers from the Sintang city center. Besides the Sintang Regency, the airport also serves the Melawi Regency, Sekadau Regency, Sanggau Regency and the Kapuas Hulu Regency. History There are several small airports within the Sintang, Sekadau, Sanggau, Melawi, and Putussibau regencies, which only serve local flight routes. In order to reach distant domestic or international destinations, residents of these areas must travel through the Supadio International Airport, which is located in Pontianak. Kapuas Hulu Regency is a regency in West Kalimantan province of Indonesia. Located around Kapuas River, it has a total area of 29,842.03 square kilometres or around 20.26% of West Kalimantan province's area. The regency seat is located in town of Putussibau, where most of its economic and government activities take place. Due to its relatively large area, it is sparsely populated compared to neighbouring regencies around it. Danau Sentarum National Park
The Lake Sentarum National Park ( id, Taman Nasional Danau Sentarum) is a national park protecting one of the world's most biodiverse lake systems, located in the heart of Borneo Island, Kapuas Hulu Regency, West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. It lies in the upper Kapuas River tectonic basin some 700 kilometres upstream from the delta. The basin is a vast floodplain, consisting of about 20 seasonal lakes, freshwater swamp forest and peat swamp forest. Local people call it as Lebak lebung (floodplain). The National Park is located in the western part of this basin, where three-quarters of the seasonal lakes occur. Approximately half of the park consists of lakes, while the other half consists of freshwater swamp forest. DAFIF () or the ''Digital Aeronautical Flight Information File'' is a comprehensive database of up-to-date aeronautical data, including information on airports, airways, airspaces, navigation data, and other facts relevant to flying in the entire world, managed by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) of the United States. Withdrawal of public access DAFIF was publicly available until October 2006 through the Internet; however, it was closed to public access because "increased numbers of foreign source providers are claiming intellectual property rights or are forewarning NGA that they intend to copyright their source".
