Pamela Conti (born 4 April 1982) is an Italian Manager (association football), football manager and former footballer, player who coaches the Venezuela women's national football team, Venezuela women's national team. As a player she was an attacking midfielder or Forward (association football), striker for clubs in Serie A (women's football), Serie A, Spain, Russia, the United States and Sweden, as well as for the Italy women's national football team, Italy national team. She won two Serie A (women's football), Italian Leagues, four Coppa Italia (women), Italian Cups, one Copa de la Reina de Fútbol, Spanish Cup and one Russian Women's Football Championship, Russian League, and she represented Italy at two UEFA Women's Euro, European Championships. The Copa de la Reina (Queen's Cup) is an annual cup competition for Spanish women's association football teams organized by the Royal Spanish Football Federation. 2011–12 UEFA Women's Champions League
The 2011−12 UEFA Women's Champions League was the eleventh edition of the European women's championship for football clubs. The final was held in the Olympiastadion in Munich, Germany on 17 May 2012. As in the past two Champions League seasons, the eight highest ranked nations got two entries to the tournament. The point of entry was changed this season however. In the previous years the national runners-up had to enter the qualification round. With those teams always easing through their groups, with the exception of Umeå in 2010–11, UEFA decided to give those a direct entry to the round of 32. As a result, eight nations which under previous rules would have had direct entry to that round now had to go through the qualifying stage. The 2009 W-League Season was the league's 15th. The regular season began on May 8 with the Hampton Roads Piranhas defeating the Charlotte Lady Eagles 2–1 in Charlotte. The season ended with 10 games on July 19. The playoffs began on July 22 and ended on August 7. Pali Blues repeated as W-League champions, defeating the Washington Freedom Reserves in come-from-behind fashion 2–1, which was also how they had won their previous title.
