Pakistani Cricket Team In England In 2021
The Pakistan cricket team toured England in July 2021 to play three One Day International (ODI) and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches. The ODI series formed part of the inaugural 2020–2023 ICC Cricket World Cup Super League. Ahead of the ODI series, the England squad were forced to self-isolate following positive tests for COVID-19, with Ben Stokes named as their ODI captain. In response, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) were satisfied by the response from the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) with regards to following COVID-19 protocols. England won the first two ODI matches to win the series with a game to spare. England then won the third ODI by three wickets to win the series 3–0. Pakistan won the first T20I match by 31 runs. Ben Stokes
Benjamin Andrew Stokes (born 4 June 1991) is an English international cricketer who is the captain of the England Test team and plays for the England Twenty20 International (T20I) team. In domestic cricket, he represents Durham and has played in multiple Twenty20 leagues, including the Indian Premier League, playing for Rising Pune Supergiant and Rajasthan Royals. Dan Lawrence
Daniel William Lawrence (born 12 July 1997) is an English professional cricketer who plays internationally for the England Test cricket team. In domestic cricket, he represents Essex. William George Jacks (born 21 November 1998) is an English cricketer. He is a right-handed batter and off spin bowler. He made his Test debut against Pakistan in December 2022. Thomas George Helm (born 7 May 1994) is a cricketer who plays for Middlesex County Cricket Club. A fast bowler from Buckinghamshire, Helm signed for Middlesex in June 2012 when he was 18. Ben Matthew Duckett (born 17 October 1994) is an English cricketer who plays for Nottinghamshire. He is a left-handed batsman who can play as a wicket-keeper.
