Pain (Fun Factory Song)
"Pain" is a Eurodance song by German band Fun Factory, released in November 1994 as the fourth and last single from their debut-album, '' NonStop'' (1994). It peaked at number eight in Finland, number 24 in Germany and number 25 in Austria and Sweden. On the Eurochart Hot 100, it reached number 56 in March 1995. Outside Europe, it peaked at number 30 in Israel. The CD single also featured the music video of the band's previous hit single, "Take Your Chance". Critical reception James Hamilton from ''Music Weeks ''RM'' Dance Update described the song as an "instantly familiar cliches packed but powerful cheesy Euro galloper". Fun Factory is a German eurodance group formed in 1992, originally consisting of founding members Balca Tözün, Rodney Hardison, Toni Cottura and Stephan Browarczyk. They have been nicknamed simply Balja, Rod D., Smooth T. and Steve. The group enjoyed success throughout the '90s. André Tanneberger (; born 26 February 1973), better known by his stage name ATB, is a German DJ and producer of trance music. According to the official world DJ rankings governed by ''DJ Magazine'', ATB was ranked No. 11 in 2009 and 2010, and No. 15 in 2011. In 2011, he was ranked as world No. 1 according to "The DJ List". He is best known for his 1998 single "9 PM (Till I Come)", which was a No. 1 single in the United Kingdom. The European Dance Radio Chart (also known as European Dance Radio Top 25) was a weekly chart compiled by pan-European magazine ''Music & Media''.
