Page Two (EP)
''Page Two'' is the second extended play (EP) by South Korean girl group Twice. The album was released digitally and physically on April 25, 2016, by JYP Entertainment and distributed by KT Music. It is supported by the lead single, " Cheer Up" which was produced by South Korean producing duo Black Eyed Pilseung. Consisting of seven tracks in total which incorporates various genres including dance-pop and hip hop, the EP became a commercial success for the group, reaching over 150,000 copies sold by September 2016. It set a record for having the highest first-week sales out of all Korean girl group album releases in 2016, until it was surpassed by Twice's succeeding EP '' Twicecoaster: Lane 1'' which was released six months later. Twice (; Japanese: トゥワイス, Hepburn: ''To~uwaisu''; commonly stylized as TWICE) is a South Korean girl group formed by JYP Entertainment. The group is composed of nine members: Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu. Twice was formed under the television program '' Sixteen'' (2015) and debuted on October 20, 2015, with the extended play (EP) ''The Story Begins''. Twice rose to domestic fame in 2016 with their single " Cheer Up", which charted at number one on the Gaon Digital Chart, became the best-performing single of the year, and won "Song of the Year" at the Melon Music Awards and Mnet Asian Music Awards. Jeongyeon
Yoo Jeong-yeon (; born 1 November 1996), known mononymously as Jeongyeon (), is a South Korean singer. She is a member of Twice, a South Korean girl group formed by JYP Entertainment. Early life Jeongyeon was born as Yoo Kyung-wan on 1 November 1996 in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. She has two older sisters, one of whom is the actress Gong Seung-yeon. Her father was a chef who worked for Kim Dae-jung, a former president of South Korea. Jeongyeon took aerobics classes at a young age and developed an interest in singing and dancing soon afterward. Tropical house, also known as trop house, is a subgenre of house music, and a derivation of tropical music, with elements of dancehall and Balearic house. Chou Tzu-yu ( zh, 周子瑜}; , born 14 June 1999), known mononymously as Tzuyu (, ), is a Taiwanese people, Taiwanese singer based in South Korea. She is the only Taiwanese member of the girl group Twice, formed by JYP Entertainment in 2015. Life and career Early life and pre-debut activities Tzuyu was born in the East District, Tainan, East District of Tainan, Taiwan on 14 June 1999 to self-made entrepreneurs. She started dancing from a young age and trained at a dance academy.
