Outrage (band)
Outrage is a Japanese thrash metal band, formed in Nagoya in 1982. They made their debut in 1987 with a lineup of Yosuke Abe on guitar, Yoshihiro Yasui on bass, Shinya Tange on drums and Naoki Hashimoto on vocals. Hashimoto left the band in 1999, but the group continued as a three piece and he returned in 2007. With a career spanning four decades, Outrage are one of few Japanese metal bands to have never disbanded or paused activities. History Formed in 1982 by guitarist Yosuke Abe, bassist Yoshihiro Yasui, drummer Shinya Tange and vocalist Kazutoyo Ito when they were teenagers, Outrage was influenced by new wave of British heavy metal (NWOBHM) bands in their early years. Ito left in 1986 and was replaced by Naoki Hashimoto. After independently releasing their self-titled debut EP in 1987, Outrage's first album ''Black Clouds'' followed in 1988 on Polydor Records. Loudness (band)
is a Japanese heavy metal band formed in 1981 by guitarist Akira Takasaki and drummer Munetaka Higuchi. They were the first Japanese metal act signed to a major label in the United States. Loudness subsequently released 26 studio albums (five licensed in America) and nine live albums by 2014 and reached the ''Billboard'' Top 100 during their heyday as well as charting on Oricon dozens of times. Despite numerous changes in its line-up, with Takasaki the sole constant member, the band continued their activities throughout the 1990s, finally reuniting the original line-up in 2001. This incarnation released a further seven albums until November 30, 2008, when original drummer Munetaka Higuchi died from liver cancer at a hospital in Osaka at age 49. United (band)
United is a Japanese thrash metal band formed in 1981. They took their name from the song of the same name, off of Judas Priest's '' British Steel''. History Originally a Judas Priest and Black Sabbath cover band, they began to write their own material in 1983 when bassist Yokoyama joined. United have played numerous times in North America and have had a couple of their albums released there as well. They have played with Anthrax, Slayer, Testament and Machine Head on their Japanese tours, and in 2010 was Paul Di'Anno's live band for his. In 2009, the group recruited Kuwaiti frontman Kenshin. They released their ninth album ''Tear of Illusions'' on April 20, 2011. At the end of 2012, the band announced that Kenshin had left the group. Katsunori Kikuno
is a Japanese mixed martial arts, mixed martial artist. He was the former List of Deep champions#Lightweight, DEEP Lightweight Champion. Background Kikuno started his martial arts training with judo when he was in high school, and was able to take third place in the Kyushu 66 kg tournament and first in Kagoshima Prefecture 66 kg tournament. Yusuke Kawaguchi
(born August 14, 1980) is a Japanese mixed martial artist and professional wrestler, who fights in the heavyweight division. He is the former DEEP Megaton Champion, and has also fought in DREAM, M-1 Global and KSW. Björn Tom Fredrik Nordström (born 5 January 1967) is a Swedish musician and record producer, best known as the guitarist of heavy metal band Dream Evil. Nordström is one of the leading melodic death metal and power metal producers in Sweden and has worked with some of said genres' top acts, including At the Gates, Arch Enemy, Nightrage, Dark Tranquillity, In Flames, Soilwork, Opeth, and Powerwolf.
