The Outer Continental Shelf Transboundary Hydrocarbon Agreements Authorization Act () is a bill that would approve a February 20, 2012 agreement between the United States of America and Mexico about the development of oil and gas natural resources in the Outer Continental Shelf in the Gulf of Mexico near where the two countries share a border. The bill also establishes some of the rules and procedures for enacting this treaty. It was introduced into the United States House of Representatives during the 113th United States Congress. Jeffrey Darren Duncan (born January 7, 1966) is an American politician who has been the United States representative for South Carolina's 3rd congressional district since 2011.
