The current representative for the district is Democrat Teresa Alonso Leon of Woodburn. Oregon House District 22
Oregon () is a state in the Pacific Northwest region of the Western United States. The Columbia River delineates much of Oregon's northern boundary with Washington, while the Snake River delineates much of its eastern boundary with Idaho. The 42° north parallel delineates the southern boundary with California and Nevada. Oregon has been home to many indigenous nations for thousands of years. Patricia Milne
Patricia R. Milne (born 1947/48) is an American politician from the state of Oregon. A Republican, she served in the Oregon House of Representatives from 1993 until 1998, and as a Marion County Commissioner from 1999 until 2014. Biography Milne was elected to the Woodburn School Board in 1988, and to the state House of Representatives in 1992. She served three terms in the House, serving as Majority Whip in 1995, before retiring to run for the Marion County Board of Commissioners in 1998, serving until 2014. In 2014, she ran for the Oregon Senate from district 11, losing to incumbent Democrat Peter Courtney with 45% of the vote. Write-in Candidate
A write-in candidate is a candidate whose name does not appear on the ballot but seeks election by asking voters to cast a vote for the candidate by physically writing in the person's name on the ballot. Betty E. Komp (born 1949) is a Democratic Party (United States), Democratic former member of the Oregon House of Representatives, representing District 22 from 2004 until 2017. Early life Komp has previously worked as a farm hand, youth minister, teacher, and assistant principal. The United States census of 2000, conducted by the Census Bureau, determined the resident population of the United States on April 1, 2000, to be 281,421,906, an increase of 13.2 percent over the 248,709,873 people enumerated during the 1990 census. Laurie Monnes Anderson
Laurie Monnes Anderson (born December 31, 1945) is an American Democratic politician who most recently served in the Oregon Senate, representing District 25 in eastern Multnomah County, Oregon, including parts of the cities of Fairview, Gresham, Troutdale, and Wood Village. She previously served two terms in the Oregon House of Representatives. Oregon Legislative Assembly
The Oregon Legislative Assembly is the state legislature for the U.S. state of Oregon. The Legislative Assembly is bicameral, consisting of an upper and lower house: the Senate, whose 30 members are elected to serve four-year terms; and the House of Representatives, with 60 members elected to two-year terms. There are no term limits for either house in the Legislative Assembly. Each Senate district is composed of exactly two House districts: Senate District 1 contains House Districts 1 and 2, SD 2 contains HD 3 and HD 4, and so on.
