Oratório (São Paulo Metro)
Oratório is a station on Line 15–Silver of the São Paulo Metro, opened on August 30, 2014. When concluded, the line will connect Vila Prudente to the district of Cidade Tiradentes. Oratório station is placed in the confluence between Avenues Prof. Luis Inácio de Anhaia Melo and do Oratório, in the borough of Jardim Independência, district of São Lucas, in the Eastside of the city. Currently, there are plans to privatize the line. Former Governor Geraldo Alckmin announced, in a reunion of the managing council of Public-Private Partnerships, that the lines 15-Silver and 17-Gold will be conceded to the private initiative, because of the financial difficulties of the state in the expansion and maintenance of the metropolitan network. Line 3 (São Paulo Metro)
Line 3 (Red) ( pt, Linha 3–Vermelha) is one of the six lines that make up the São Paulo Metro and one of the thirteen lines that make up the Metropolitan Rail Transportation Network. Bilhete Único (''Unified Ticket'') is the name of the São Paulo transportation contactless smart card system for fare control. Using Philips Mifare technology, the ticketing system is managed by SPTrans (São Paulo Transporte S/A), the city bus transportation authority, which is controlled by the municipal government. Tickets were first issued using the system on May 18, 2004, when Marta Suplicy was the mayor, allowing for up to four rides in two hours by paying a single fare on buses. SPTrans
(SPTrans) (English: São Paulo Transport), is the name adopted on March 8, 1995 by the municipal local government which aims to manage the public transport system with buses in São Paulo. Until 1995, it was known as ', which, when translated from Portuguese to English, it is the ''Municipal Public Transport Company''. All bus lines are operated by concessionaires under the supervision of SPTrans, providing business planning and management of public transport. The SPTrans issues work orders for each line of operation, including setting paths, hours of operation, and necessary fleet. Expresso Tiradentes is the bus rapid transit (BRT) system in São Paulo, Brazil. It is a mid-capacity transportation system that began construction in mid- 1997, under the name of ''Fura-Fila''. During the administration of Mayor Marta Suplicy, in mid- 2001, the name was changed to ''Paulistão''. The current goal of the system is to connect the neighborhood of Sacomã to Parque Dom Pedro II, in order to integrate with other forms of transportation for the residents of the extreme eastern part of the city, mainly Cidade Tiradentes. Geraldo José Rodrigues Alckmin Filho (; born 7 November 1952) is a Brazilian politician who is the vice president-elect of Brazil. He previously served as the Governor of São Paulo from 2001 to 2006, and then again from 2011 to 2018, the longest term served in that state since the end of the Military dictatorship in Brazil.
