''On Your Radar'' is the third studio album by British-Irish girl group The Saturdays. It was released 21 November 2011 under Fascination Records. The album was recorded in London, New York City, Oslo and Stockholm, with Steve Mac, who had been instrumental in the production of the band's previous albums, served as a producer on the album, with additional producers and songwriters also being included in the making of the record, including Lucas Secon, Taio Cruz, Labrinth, Tracklacers, Space Cowboy, Brian Higgins and Lucie Silvas. ''On Your Radar'' was supported by its lead single "Notorious", which was released on 22 May 2011, and peaked at eight on the UK Singles Chart. Two further singles were released; " All Fired Up", which received positive reviews, and "My Heart Takes Over". The Saturdays
The Saturdays were a British-Irish girl group based in London, England. The group formed during the summer of 2007 and have been on hiatus since 2014. The lineup consists of Frankie Bridge, Una Healy, Rochelle Humes, Mollie King, and Vanessa White. They were formed through Fascination Records, a sub-division of Polydor Records, who gave them an instant record deal with the label. As soon as the contract was finalised, the Saturdays went on tour with Girls Aloud during their Tangled Up Tour. The group's music style is pop, but throughout their career, their management has experimented with dance-pop and electropop. "My Heart Takes Over" is the third and final single released from British-Irish girl group The Saturdays' third studio album ''On Your Radar'' (2011). The song was written by Ina Wroldsen and Steve Mac and produced by Mac. The single was released on 11 November 2011 in Ireland and on 13 November 2011 in the UK by Polydor Records. The single is their twelfth overall single released to date. It debuted and peaked at number 15 in the UK Singles Chart on 20 November 2011. ''So You Think You Can Dance'' is a televised dance competition and reality show that launched in the United Kingdom in January 2010 with a format based on an American show by the same name. Lucie Silvas (born Lucie Joanne Silverman, 4 September 1977) is a British singer-songwriter. Early life Born in Kingston upon Thames, England, her father is from New Zealand and is of Jewish descent; and her mother is Scottish and is Christian. Silvas has two sisters, Mia (who has performed backing vocals for her), and Nikki. Her parents were also big music lovers and Silvas has stated this inspired her career, besides the fact that her mother was an opera singer and wanted to pursue a career in music herself. Brian Higgins (producer)
Brian Thomas Higgins (born 1966) is an English record producer, who has written and produced albums and tracks for several successful pop music singers and groups, including Girls Aloud, S Club 7, Sugababes, and The Saturdays, through his Xenomania production team. A key collaborator with Higgins is Miranda Cooper, who shares co-writing credits in nearly all Xenomania-written tracks. His musical style has been described as part electro, part power pop, more basic pop, with elements of new wave, rave, and dance found in many of his collaborations in the more than 15 years he has been in the music industry. Timothy Lee McKenzie (born 4 January 1989), better known by his stage name Labrinth, is an English singer, rapper, songwriter and record producer.
