Olivier Elzer
Olivier Elzer (born 18 April 1979) is a French chef. He was named one of the top 22 best young chefs in France by the guide Gault Millau in 2007. He was awarded a total of 21 Michelin stars over 14 years working in France and Hong Kong. Elzer is recognised for his work as head chef of Pierre at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Hong Kong, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon and his own branding restaurant, Seasons, by Olivier E. He founded the companies Olivier Colony Limited, and co-founded O'chef lab with Hong Kong entrepreneur Canny Leung, currently operating in Hong Kong. In 2018, Elzer established St. Regis Hong Kong Restaurant L'Envol, which was soon awarded a Michelin star eight months after opening and a second star in 2020/21. Pierre Gagnaire (born 9 April 1950 in Apinac, Loire) is a French chef, and the head chef and owner of the eponymous Pierre Gagnaire restaurant at 6 rue Balzac in Paris (in the 8th arrondissement). Gagnaire is an iconoclastic chef at the forefront of the fusion cuisine movement.
