OH-11 Station Number
Ohio's 11th congressional district encompasses portions of Cuyahoga County in Northeast Ohio, the Northeast part of the state—including most of the majority-black precincts in Cleveland. It has been represented by Shontel Brown since 2021. Ohio has had at least 11 congressional districts since the 1820 United States census, 1820 census. The district's current configuration dates from the 1990 United States census, 1990 census, when most of the old 21st District was combined with portions of the old 20th District to form the new 11th District. Much of Akron was added to the district when the congressional map was redrawn after the 2010 census, when Ohio lost two seats in the House of Representatives. With a Cook Partisan Voting Index of D+28, it is Ohio's most Democratic district and the most Democratic district in the Midwest outside Chicago. Ohio State Route 11
State Route 11 (SR 11) is a north–south freeway in the northeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at U.S. Route 30 (US 30) in East Liverpool at the West Virginia state line on the Jennings Randolph Bridge over the Ohio River; its northern terminus is at SR 531 in Ashtabula. The route is concurrent with US 30 through East Liverpool and with Interstate 80 (I-80) near Youngstown. The first section of the route to be completed, from Canfield to Austintown, opened in 1969. The entire current route was complete in 1972, and upgraded to a divided highway by 1980. Route description The highest traffic count is at I-80 near Austintown, where 38,360 vehicles travel the highway on average each day. The lowest traffic count is near US 6, where 5,550 vehicles travel the highway on average each day.
