Oydin Norboyeva
Oydin Norboyeva, also known as Svetlana Norbaeva (b. 5 March 1944, Tashkent) is an Uzbek actress of theater and cinema, People's Artist of the Uzbek SSR (1979), Laureate of the State Prize of Uzbekistan (1989). She is best known for starring in “Rustam and Suhrab (1973), “Vesennyaya melodiya” (“The Spring Melody”) (1978), “The Gordin Cell” (2012). She was awarded the Lenin Komsomol Prize of Uzbekistan (1967) for playing the role of Nadia in the film "Don't Shoot at the 26th". Life Oydin (Svetlana) Norboeva was born on 5 March 1944 in Tashkent, Uzbek SSR. Her father was a theater actor Hamza Abdulkhak Narbaev. In 1964, Norboeva graduated from the acting department of the Tashkent Theater and Art Institute named after A. Ostrovsky. ''The Gordin Cell'' is an Israeli psychological thriller series. The series stars Ran Danker as Israeli Air Force officer Eyal Gordin and Mark Ivanir as Russian Intelligence agent Yaakov Lundin. Lenin Komsomol Prize () was a Soviet annual award for the best works in science, engineering, literature or art carried out by young authors of age not exceeding 33 years. Komsomol was the abbreviated name of The Communist Union of Youth (Russian: Коммунистический союз молодёжи; hence Ком-со-мол, Kom-so-mol). The award was instituted by the Central Committee of VLKSM in March 1966. The reason for the selection of this particular age threshold is unclear (the age threshold for Komsomol membership is 28). The coincidence of the upper threshold of 33 with the "age of Christ" was a matter of jokes. Symbolically, the first winner of this award in the Soviet Union was writer Nikolay Ostrovsky (who had died aged 32 in 1936). Mark Yakovlevich Weil (russian: Марк Яковлевич Вайль; 25 January 1952 – 7 September 2007) was a Soviet and Uzbekistani theatre director, and founder and art director of the Ilkhom Theatre in Tashkent. His parents, Ukrainian Jews, had arrived in Uzbekistan in the late 1930s. His father was a soldier, and his mother had studied at the Theatre Institute, Kiev. His last production was the Greek tragedy ''The Oresteia''; he was murdered the day before it was scheduled to open, and the actors went ahead because the show must go on. He was stabbed to death in the entrance lobby to his block of flats in Tashkent. He was reportedly attacked by two unknown males, who hit him on the head with a bottle and stabbed him in the abdomen.
