Outi Alanko-Kahiluoto (born 14 June 1966) is a Finnish politician representing the Green League. She was elected to the Finnish Parliament in the parliamentary election of March 2007 and reelected in 2011. In the 2015 parliamentary elections, Alanko-Kahiluoto was again reelected to the parliament with 7,884 votes. Outi Alanne (born 4 May 1967) is a Finnish writer, also known by the pseudonym NeitiNaru. Alanne was born in Oulu. In 1995, she started studying literature, art history, Finnish language and theatre in the University of Helsinki. As a student she also worked as an intern archiver at the Finnish Literature Society. In her thirties, after a period of introspection following the divorce from a failed relationship, she found herself in a new relationship with a dominant male, and discovered her masochist self. Outi Marjatta Heiskanen (26 September 1937 – 30 September 2022) was a Finnish artist. She debuted in 1971. Outi Heiskanen was famous for her figurative graphic work. Her subjects included her family and friends, animals, as well as animal-human hybrids. Her main printmaking technique was etching, which she used to draw the motif. She would then augment the etching by aquatint or drypoint where necessary. Heiskanen was also known for her versatility as a performer, set designer and creator of happenings and performances.
