Ottersøya
Ottersøya is a village in Nærøysund municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. The village is located at the southwestern end of the Kvingra peninsula, just across the Nærøysundet from the village of Rørvik. It is much closer to Rørvik (in Vikna) than to its own municipal centre, Kolvereid. The village of Torstad lies about north of Ottersøya. The Marøysund Bridge and Nærøysund Bridge (which connect Nærøy to Vikna) lie just south of Ottersøya. Kunnskapsforlaget () is a Norwegian publishing company based in Oslo. Kunnskapsforlaget was established in 1975, as a partnership between H. Aschehoug & Co. (W. Nygaard) and Gyldendal Norsk Forlag. Kolvereid
Kolvereid is a town in the municipality of Nærøysund in Trøndelag county, Norway. The town of Kolvereid is located at the west end of the Kolvereidvågen bay, off of the inner part of the Foldafjord. The Norwegian County Road 770 runs through the town, connecting it to Rørvik to the west and Foldereid to the east. The town was the administrative centre of the old Nærøy Municipality until 2020 when it was merged into Nærøysund Municipality. Vikna is a large island archipelago and a former municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. The municipality existed from 1869 until its dissolution in 2020 when it joined Nærøysund Municipality. Rørvik is a port town and administrative centre in the municipality of Nærøysund in Trøndelag county, Norway. It is on the eastern side of the Vikna archipelago on the island of Inner-Vikna. Kvingra
Kvingra or Kvingla is a peninsula in the municipality of Nærøysund in Trøndelag county, Norway. Kvingla is surrounded by the Sørsalten fjord to the south, the Nærøysundet strait in the northwest, and the Nordsalten fjord in the northeast.
